Leonardo Cavalcanti is an Adjunct Professor of Latin American Studies at the University of Brasília (Brazil) and Director of the International Migration Observatory of Brazil (OBMigra) He obtained his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Salamanca (Spain).
