Roberto Goulart Menezes is an Associate Professor at the Institute of International Relations, University of Brasília. He was a visiting professor at Johns Hopkins University (2018-2019). Professor of the Graduate Programs in International Relations and Social Sciences - Comparative Studies on the Americas at the University of Brasilia. Coordinator of the Center for Latin American Studies (UnB) and researcher at the National Institute for Studies on the United States (INEU). He is a fellow of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq).
